A significant milestone in Mohamed Sultan's career. Starting in the arts field has empowered him to master the whereabouts of the Arabic language, thus giving him the ability to create well-written letters. It was the start of his specialty as the personal branding professional he is today.

Information Officer for the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies

Sultan’s role as an Information Officer for the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies was a critical one. He was the person who organized recommendations and letters in the World Conference Against Racism, also known as Durban I, in South Africa. (2001)

Sultan was a key organizer for the International Human Rights Convection in Beirut. Being a key organizer for this convection, it was the Kickstarter for him to build his vast network as it is today.

Sultan has also worked with different editors-in-chief and journalists from all over the world to add to their content and strengthen their coverage of international human rights.

Assistant Director for the International Human Rights Law Outreach Program (IHRLOP) (Jan 2004–Oct 2007)

Sultan worked as an Operational Director at the American University in Cairo during his Master’s years at the university. He worked with different Doctors and University Professors from all over Egypt to train them for the International Charter of Human Rights. He also trained them on how to deliver the Human Rights content for their students.

Spokesperson and Head of Communication for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) (Oct 2007–Oct 2015)

Working as the Head of Communication and the Spokesperson for the International Committee of the Red Cross, Sultan has conducted countless interviews to follow through with the Arab Spring events around 2011. He also interviewed and provided media coverage for the Palestinian refugees on the Rafah Border. Mohamed has also interviewed African and Asian refugees on the Sallum border. Working for the ICRC has enabled Sultan to work with and train different State Security officers and Academic Doctors from all around Egypt to train them for media presence.

Media Consultant for CARE (Jan 2016–Mar 2017)

Sultan’s time at CARE as a professional Media Consultant has been a tremendous milestone in his career. In 2016, Mohamed trained countless field officers on how to write their success stories. In addition to his exceptional training for officers around the world, he personally rewrote 60+ success stories for high-profile individuals to make a positive impact on their careers. In 2017, Sultan conducted media training for different CEOs in three major fields: Telecommunication, Investments, and Commerce Trade. In addition to that, Sultan has cooperated with GIZ and the Ministry of Health and Population to create a communication strategy for the National Strategy for Health and Population.

Sultan has also worked as a trainer for the Cairo Media School. In this position, he trained different Spokespersons and Officials on their media interviews and communication skills.

Head of Communication and Spokesperson for the International Humanitarian City (Apr 2017–Apr 2018)

Although brief, Sultan’s work in the International Humanitarian City has been monumental in his career as a personal branding career. He briefly worked with the National Training Academy to train spokespersons for different Egyptian ministers.

One of his significant stepping stones as a CEO and personal branding specialist is working with Talabat, media training 12 line managers.Sultan also media trained Officers for Spokespersons in UN OCHA in the MENA region.
